How long have I been doing Slim Fast? Well, a week (seems longer) and 2 of those days (ie the weekend) I did not have SF.
Lost 2 lbs this week (yippeee), am going to continue with the SF till what I have in the cupboard has gone (3 tins I think?) Hehe!!!!!!
